I use it when I leave early AM for the airport hours before the family wakes up. Green Tree supplies this unit with 50 pods of terrific coffee too. It's fast, quiet, and I think I'll easily save the cost of this brewer in coffee we don't pour out down the drain. On the top of the machine it says "Fill water tank with COLD water". It took me awhile to realize that THIS is the secret of the machine. Something to do with the heating of the water slows it's drip through the pod. You get a much better cup of coffee if you use water from your refrigerator. It's still not a top of the line device, but it's good for it's price if follow this tip. If you like the flavor of a strong cup of coffee this isn't the unit for you. What I do like about it is its small size. I bought it for my desk at work and it fits perfectly and it's really easy to use. The instructions say not to use more than one pod at a time but I think I may have to. I'm just a little bit disappointed. |
